Put fish fillet in the boiling water to cook, then turn the heat down and simmer the fish until it is cooked.

Drain the fish

Use the handheld blender to break the fish until it has become a fish flakes. Put the fish in the cold wok and turn on to medium heat. Use the spatular keep turning the fish and keep breaking it up

When the fish flakes are nearly ready. This take about 30-45 minutes. Then remove from heat and add a few drops food colouring gel and blend it again.
