poêlé de seabass

I caught ten seabass tonight and
this is the largest one. I cut it up&
cooked as poêlé. yum yum.

Nice catch.

It is too difficult to catch seabass in the winter.
I will restart fishing in the spring.

exactly! and too cold for fishing!
can't wait for spring!!^_^
