Healthy Chocolate Cookies

材料・調味料
Butter
1/4 cup + 2tbsp
Greek Yogurt
1/8 cup
Chia Seeds (instead of eggs)
3 tbsp
Maple Syrup
1/2 cup
Honey
1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract
1 tsp
All Purpose Flour
1 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/3 cup
Baking Soda
1/2 tsp
Salt
A pinch (~1/4 tsp)
Chopped Almonds (opt.)
As much as you want
作り方

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a pan for the cookies or you can just use a cookie sheet.

Add butter & Greek yogurt to a large mixing bowl. Mix (with a whisk or electric mixer) until creamy.

Add in maple syrup & honey. Mix until creamy.

Put in chia seeds (You can grind these if you don't want the sesame seed-like texture). Add vanilla & mix.

Sift together all dry ingredients. THEN add it to the wet mixture. (Add the dry mixture in parts to minimize clumpy lumpiness). Mix well & make sure there are no lumps!

(Opt.) Add chopped almonds (or any nuts, dried fruits, etc.) & light mix.

Spoon the mixture onto your pan. (I used a regular spoon because I wanted all kinds of sizes. If you want consistent sizes, use a tablespoon)

Voila! You've got a perfect batch of cookies. (: Cool them first. (On a rack)
They are very soft & have almost a brownie like texture. You can actually use this as a brownie mix if you'd like :D
ポイント

Chia seeds can be used in the place of eggs. (3 tbsp = 1 egg) Grinding them will help them blend better so you won't even notice the seeds! I personally like the little seeds in my cookies(:

These cookies aren't too sweet. So if you want sweeter cookies, increase the amount of maple syrup & honey. Or add some chocolate chips.
