Kale
2 leaves (remove stem)
Yellow squash
1 sliced
Green squash
1 sliced
Red cabbage
1 1/2 cups
Shallots
1 sliced
Water
1/2 cup
Mushrooms
1/2 cup

Cut up all veggies

Place a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and add veggies

Add half of the amount of water to skillet

Cover and let steam until veggies are soft. Be sure to stir the veggies around for an even cook. If needed, add the remaining water to help steam

Italian herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper are great additions for extra flavor.

This is my VERY low calorie snack that i make wen i am pretty hungry. It is fresh and tasty:) i don't even have a name for it.
