Healthy pancakes

Ripe banana

Egg whites

Coco powder
1 tbsp
Oats
1/4 cup
Chunky natural peanut butter
1 tbsp

In a food processor, blend all ingredients, except the peanut butter

Over medium heat spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.

Cook like a pancake. makes 2 big ones

When it is done top it with peanut butter

Soooooooo yummy and very good for you
I also made these using heart healthy maple and brown sugar oatmeal without the cocoa powder and peanut butter. Amazing and way more pancake like!
