油淋雞,菜飯

作り方

Negi sauce;
Sauté 1tsp of chopped ginger in oil,add mixture of 3tbp of soy sauce,2tbp of vinegar,1tbp of 紹興酒(sake also fine),1 tbp of sugar,pepper and a little water.boil off the alcohol,thicken slightly with 片栗粉.Cool this down,add chopped 白ねぎ(from 1 stick) ,1tbp of sesame oil.I reserved some more ねぎ to sprinkle on the chicken too,the green thing is Chinese celery,I think mitsuba could substitute too.

Very popular in Japan,but I hardly see any restaurants serving it in HK,so I had never eaten this anywhere apart from the ones I make myself,but I love the crispy batter that made with potato starch,and the leek and vinegar sauce that goes with it.And I think this is best if you get a big thick piec

哈哈!我第一次吃油淋雞也是在日本的中華料理呢~不過吃了後發現很容易做,而且味道更好就沒在餐廳點過了!原來香港也沒這道料理啊😳你做的一定比餐廳要好太多了😍

I was surprised when I heard it from you the first.cuz I've been thought it belong to Chinese or Taiwanese cuisine....so that mean Is this not recognized to your friend very much?

常常看到在日本雜誌的介紹,就是從沒有在餐廳裏見過,台灣和大陸的也是,實在很可惜,是很美味的炸雞料理來的,特別喜歡用太白粉做的脆漿,京蔥做的醬汁也很惹味。還好自己做的話一點也不困難.相信Apple San 的也相當不錯!謝謝 resnaps

About the vases,I love that front row left one with texture too,but not sure about the material,I bought in Thailand

Haha,you know my lunch box is always a little different from theirs,which are more homemade and typical Cantonese.Many explanations have to be made and they will not satisfied unless they try some...and even more explanations have to be made if I don't bring a lunch box,what a crowd...😰
