Peel and wash the potatoes. Slice into 1 cm thick.

Fry until golden brown,low to medium heat.

After frying remove the oil from a pan, put the sugar in a low heat, and wait for the sugar to melt a little before stirring. Stir continuously until completely melted. Turn off the heat. Dip the sweet potato into caramelized sugar one by one.
