chocolate

chocolate chips
50g
cocoa powder
2tbsp
whipping cream

作り方

In a mixing bowl whisk butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time and mix well between each addition.

Add the flour and mix well.

Melt 100g chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave

Add cocoa powder to the melted chocolate and mix well to form a paste .

Add the chocolate paste to the cake batter and mix well.

Add the chocolate chips and mix well.

Pour into a prepare cake pan

Bake at 180°C for 25 mins.

Heat the cream and pour over the remaining chocolate. Let sit for 2-3 mins before stirring. Leave to cool .

Pour the chocolate over the cooled cake .

ポイント

You can add flavourings if you like.
Do not pour the ganache over a hot cake or it will melt and won't stay on the stay on the cake.
