Chocolate sandwich cookies

材料・調味料

Butter: 225g

sugar: 150g

egg: 1

flour: 420g

cocoa powder: 30g

melted chocolate

作り方

1: In a mixing bowl add butter and sugar, mix well until light and fluffy.

2: Add the egg and mix well until combined.

3: Sift flour and cocoa powder.

4: Add flour to the butter mixture in 2 batches, mix well until a soft dough is formed.

5: Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, using your favorite cookie cutter cut the dough. Make sure you have even number of pieces.

6: Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

7: Bake in a pre-heated at 180°C for 10-15 mins.

8: Leave to cool.

9: Using a piping bag or with a spoon spread some melted chocolate on one side of a cookie and sandwich with another cookie.

10: Enjoy with a good coffee! 😋😋

ポイント

You can use your favorite chocolate for the filling, just cut it up and melt it and then spread it on your cookie.
You can also use your favorite chocolate spread like Nutella etc.
