材料・調味料
eggs

condensed milk
1 can
evaporated milk
1 can
sugar
11/4 cups
water
1/3 cup
作り方

In a pan add sugar and water, cook on low heat until sugar caramelizes and turn amber in color.

Remove from heat and pour into a mould or ramekins. Put aside and let it cool.

In a bowl add the eggs, condensed milk and evaporated milk and mix well.

Pour over the caramel and cover the mould / ramekins with foil.

Place them on a pan with hot water and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 1hr

Remove from the oven and the water bath( pan with water) and let it cool at room temperature for 2 hours

Refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.

To serve the pudding just flip it over a plate and jiggle a little and it will come out!

ポイント

use sweetened condensed milk.
If the pudding does come out just put the bottom in warm water for a minute and then flip it again.
