Crispy pan fried thin flat rice noodles with minced pork and mixed vegetables gravy sauce

So good,glad to see you doing savoury dish,is this the authentic way to serve the gravy on the side?You have really been cooking a lot recently,I hope you are not loosing sleep because of it!😉

To: rikk thank you. This is my mom specialty quick lunch. The original style, the gravy is put on top of noodles but, we do crispy pan fried so wanna keep the crusty while eating ;)
