Thank you Makiko,it's our favorite combination of meat and fruit again! This time I used oriental spices to go with them,Sichuan pepper,cinnamon,also orange juice,soy sauce,rice wine,black vinegar,ginger and garlic all mixed together,marinate the chicken in this mixture for two hrs,then roast the chicken(with the marinade)in oven for about 30mins,turning the chicken half way,adding the orange slices and drizzling the caramel too.This results in this gorgeous colour and a thickened delicious sauce!Work is minimal too!
