Soft flour
200g
Sugar
125g
Eggs

Butter
50g
Tinned pear(230g), diced
1 tin
Yoghurt
3tbs
Vanilla extract
To taste
Baking Powder

Draining pear well. Cut into dice.

Mix egg and sugar well. For 2-3min.
Another bowl, put yoghurt, baking powder and melted butter then mix roughly and add into egg mixture.

Add vanilla extract and flour into no. 2 and mix lightly.

Preheat the oven 180C. Pour the dough into the mold and place pear. Bake for 45-60min.
