For the dough: In a bowl combine flours, salt, sugar and yeast. Make a hole in the middle and add 1cup of yoghurt, oil and 1 egg. Slowly add water and knead the dough till smooth. Leave it to rest in warm place for 45min and then knead again. Leave the dough to grow for 45min, then knead again.

For the filling: Choo finely an onion and fry in a deeper pot till translucent for about 10min. Add minced meat and fry till its browned and all the liquid has evaporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Make the pie: Preheat the oven to 200C.

Make 10small balls and spread each one to a round pancake. Brush with margarine and then layer the second pancake. Do not brush. Roll out the dough to the rectangle shape 0.5cm and cut into 10cm x 10cm squares. Put tablespoon of meat filling in the middle of each square. Close into a dumpling and layer in a baking tray, rolled ends to the bottom.

Bake in the oven for 20min.

Mix the remaining cut of yoghurt with garlic. When the pie is bakes, take out of the oven, brush with yoghurt and return to the over for further 3 minutes . Serve warm.
