- Mix the 2 eggs n a bowl

- Take the flour and all the seasonings and mix them on a plate..

- Take the cubed steaks and dip each into the egg mixture one at a time..

- Then after u dip it n the egg mixture out it n the flour.. Then repeat....

- After u coat the steaks with the flour u then take the 2 cups of canola oil n a frying pan and fry them..
