ODEN is a casserole dish that is great when you made it the day before

Main Ingredients are boiled daikon, fish paste , boiled egg & konjac jelly

You can also add octopus, skewered chicken fish paste ...my friends add ripe tomatoes to their ODEN�

I always put ginkgo nuts(�ん�ん) whenever they are available..took some time to break them out of their shells 😅 but I’m glad I took the effort...kids & hubby loved them!�
