I guess this one needs no introduction,one of the first dishes I ever learned,but still couldn't get the spelling right😰......

Which part of beef u used?
To: Annewongsk the ribs,I could only get these,but the strips were quite thin and I couldn't cut them into bigger chunks,which I prefer,have to look for different cut next time,it's really difficult in Hong Kong....
I tried with this too. The advantage is short cooking time.
