Gnocchi with spinach,mushroom and cream

Found too many potatoes sitting in my kitchen,here is what I made for my vegetarian night.

自家製ニョッキでしょうか〜？(ﾟ∀ﾟ) モチモチで美味しいんでしょうね。グリーンのペーストもたっぷり絡まって贅沢ベジタリアンですね！！

Thank you,Makiko San!I could go richer taste for my vegetarian dish in winter time.I love gnocchi very much,if it's done right,they are very enjoyable to eat,only needs more work to make,that's why I made a simple sauce,spinach is special delicious in winter,I am happy with this wholesome meal!

你好Machiko,謝謝你一直的支持！是有點意外的，不竟這裡還有那麽多未拿到絲帶的高手，無論如何，我也十分感謝的，以後也會一樣盡力的繼續下去。我們很喜歡這個用馬鈴薯做的gnocchi ，要好吃的話，馬鈴薯和麵粉的比例很重要，還有點兒費功夫，所以醬汁方面盡量簡單一點。本來不確定應否上載這個，但想到Machiko 較喜歡看素食的，便決定了，知道到你喜歡，特別高興！
