It is pounded and flattened chicken cutlets seasoned with garlic salt and black pepper and rolled up with basil paste, tomatoes, and shredded mozzarella cheese inside💓Yum😋 It is so juicy inside when you cut it with a knife when it’s done that the oily juices with beautiful flavors blended with garlic and tomatoes and herbs come out and stream into the plate...ohhh that’s definitely making your mouth water😍To make it even more delicious, I added cherry tomatoes and basil leaves and extra shredded cheese on top as the recipe I referred to did. This was not on the original recipe, but I also added mushrooms which made it nicer and richer. This time しめじ, but I would also have definitely added 舞茸 if I had. #Chicken
