Glad you like this! It's not exactly like 饅頭,the dough has no yeast,so there is no air in it.It's more like a pan cake rolled out,then rolled up in two directions with the negi stuffed inside,and the aroma of negi is trapped.It's very delicious just fried,but I think it's great for picnic food too!
Yes,there are many different types of bread in China,especially at the northern part.This one has no leaven in it,and just pan fried.I love simple taste like this!

It's called ローピン(烙餅?) in there, I have made it referred from that comic.i clearly remembering savory taste.even though it made from minimal ingredients,(i used flou

enough to make this delicious and filling,sometime if I don't feel like having full meal,I just buy a couple of this on the way home,so inexpensive too!

你做的應該是最普遍的。我這個的面團跟你的一樣,用溫水做的。不同的是,面團桿開一大片之後,上面方上大量的蔥,從一端卷至另一端,卷好後,再從一端卷至尾端就可以了。這樣的做法,蔥的香氣不易流失,很適合特別喜歡蔥的我。缺點是不及薄的那麼脆。這是台灣宜蘭的做法,當地的「三星蔥」很有名的!

原來香港沒有蔥油餅!
其實,我做過的蔥油餅和你的幾乎一樣。
只是在最後的階段,把卷好的麵用擀麵杖延展變成薄薄的。
還有一個差異,除了蔥之外還加打碎的花椒。
