On a clean bowl mix chicken with eggs flour and all the seasoning. Set aside.

Boil water and pour in cabbage individually cut leaf. On the same wok, add also spring onion leaf. Cook for about 5 minutes til soft. Take out and drain. Once cooled, take about a tablespoonsful of the mixed marinated chicken on the leaf and roll it carefully. Seal cabbage rolls with boiled spring onion leaf. Set aside. Follow the same procedure until all is wrapped done. Boil water stuffed with ginger onions garlic and salt. Place rolls and cook for at least 10 to 15 minutes until cooked.

Drain cabbage rolls and dish out on a large plate. Garnisb and serve while it is hot.
