Chirimen sansho

材料・調味料
Jako*
50g
soy sauce
1.5 Tbs
rice wine
2 Tbs
Mirin or sugar
1Tbs

Pan fry all ingredients on low heat until liquid summers off. Do not stir.

If you prefer the sansho to be not as spicy, boil it separately in salted water and soak in water for 1-2 hours prior to frying.

Enjoy on fresh steamed rice or with your favourite drink!!
ポイント

I prefer to take the stems off, but some may be mixed in.
Also the mixture of condiments may be adjusted to your taste depending on what kind of soy sauce you use and how sweet you want it to turn out.
*other small dry fish may be used as well.
