材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Roi Thai Kang Som Soup 250 ml.
1 box
Yard long bean,cut into 1 inch
1/4 cup
White radish,sliced cut into 1/4 inch
1/4 cup
Shelled fresh prawn
1/2 cup
White cabbage,cut into 1 inch-thick
1/4 cup
Cauliflower,cut into sections
1/4 cup
作り方

Pour Roi Thai Kang Som Soup into a pot,bring to a boil for 1 min.

Add white radish,cauliflowers,yard long bean and white cabbage,simmer for 5-7 mins.

Add the prawn,cooked for 3 mins.,turn off the heat.
ポイント

A traditional soup with bright orange had the flavors of sour,salty and sweet. And it had a variety by add vegetables to enhance color of the soup to be more delectable.
