Pan grilled salmon with mango and corn salsa

作り方

Dice tomato, jalapeño, red onion and mango. Put them into a bowl large enough for mixing.

Boil corn until cooked. When done, leave it to cool down and start slicing the corn. Put the corn on the grill pan and toss it until golden brown.

Put the corn into the mixing bowl. Squeeze the lime into the bowl and start mixing. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add a little oil into the grill pan and start grilling the salmon until the skin is crispy. Use medium heat to avoid over cooking the salmon

Place the salmon and salsa into a serving plate. Enjoy!
