Sauce To combine all the ingredients of the recipe in a deep pan and stir well. Leave it in the fridge to cool. Blend the strawberries, honey, Apple vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper together in a blender until smooth.

Clean the prawns shell without removing the the heads and tails. Carefully remove the intestine from the back of the prawns using a sharpen knife. Sprinkle prawns with pepper, paprika powder and star anise. Pour the olive oil and ouzo and allow to marinate for 15min.

Take kadaifi sheet and divide into 16 parts. (Don't break into short length.) Wrap the prawns with kadaifi from the tail. Press well to stick kadaifi and keep the shape of the prawns. (Prawns head and tail shouldn't be wrapped with kadaifi.)

Heat the oil in a pan and fry folded prawns until golden brown. Take them out to dry on a plate lined with paper towels before transfer to plate. Serve the prawns hot accompanied by the sauce.
