Mix coconuts oil and sugar till it gets whitish, then add the egg and mix well. Add the flour and the almond powder, and mix very well. Put some coconuts oil on the surface of the tart mold. Spread the dough in the mold with 3mm thick and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.

Cut the apples without skin into thin slices. Put them on the crust. Then mix lemon juice and sugar well and put it the apples with brush. Sprinkle the almonds over the apples and bake in the preheated oven for 45min.
