Greek Yogurt Peach Pound Cake

材料・調味料 (7 人分)
Full fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup
Buttermilk
1/2 cup
Turbinado sugar
1/2 cup
Canned peaches
1 can
Honey
2 tbsps
White Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 cups
Cinnamon
1 tsp
Vanilla extract
1 tbsp
Unsalted butter
1/4 cup
Egg
1
Baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp
Bread loaf pan
作り方

Purée buttermilk, egg, peaches, honey, yogurt.

Add purée to a bowl with flour, baking powder an cinnamon.

Mix and add cubed butter and fold into batter.

Put into a 350 degree preheated oven for 40 to 45 mins.

Great alone or with maple syrup or even with stewed berries and ice cream.
ポイント

Take juice from canned peaches

Mix with some honey and use as a glaze for cake.

Add glaze 20 mins near the end of the baking so its soaked up by the cake.
