Our egg tofu is usually square shaped and season with lightly flavored konbu & bonito dashi.
season → seasoned😝.
I need to taste yours next time!

Century eggs are what I don't feel like to try. Those make me imagine the half grownup bird inside the egg. Do you know what I mention about?
Haha it's not so scary as the Filipino balut which actually has a baby bird in it. It's just strong tasting and the colour is strange to people who haven't encountered it before
