First , we need to blend the bread🍞 for a nice coarse mixture.

And now we move on to the preparation, For the cake we need to mix all the dry ingredients like Bread mixture, Maida, Sugar, Baking powder, Baking soda .

Next add Milk which should be of a room temperature ,mix it nicely add two spoons of Vannila essence, Three spoons of Butter and finally u can add Condensed Milk mix it well ,now the cake batter is ready!!

Take a tin/container whichever is suitable for steaming ,just Brush it with Butter and dust it with maida .Pour the cake batter 3/4th of the tin/container.

And for the toppings u can add any Dry Fruits at the top of the batter once the steamer is ready .

Let the steamer heat for about 10 mins and once it starts boiling, place the cake batter and add the toppings before placing it on the steamer , let it steam for about 45 mins on a low flame .

once the cake is ready let it rest for about an hour and now u can see a beautiful bread cake ..

You can also store for about two days in a refrigerator.
