- 2mango pulp heat it in pan for 1 min

- Switch off the gas and Add 3/4cup sugar or as per taste.

- switch on the gas again n add 1/2 cup water and dissolved 1tbsp of agar agar.

- Heat it for 3-5 min as per desired consistency.

- Set it in greesed aluminium mold and set it aside in the fridge to cool.
ポイント
Put the liquid into the mould asap as it will start to set. and tap the mould few times to burst the air bubbles if any.
