simple lunch plate

On my plate 👇
🔸️mushroom stir fry with spinach
🔸️bitter melon/gourd fry
🔸️carrot , green peas & beans boiled
🔸️sunny side up egg &
🔸️rice

Mushroom stir fry recipe 👇 👩‍🍳🍴🥢
Put 2 table spoon oil on fry pan , put the mushroom and add salt and 1 table spoon of fish sauce (you can put soya sauce) . Then add spinach with mushroom ,mix them properly .
Later add sesame seeds with black paper and oregano.. 👍👍👍👍
