As I was searching for restaurants in Rome,I came across this one a lot.Incredibly simple,just the pasta,the cheese and pepper,but as the Romans would tell you,all you need are some good ingredients and it would work.I made some egg pasta for this,I think fresh pasta soak up the sauce better,so this exactly lazy at all.Can't wait to try the authentic ones,in Rome!

However yours looks enough amazing✨Btw,do you know delicacy(cheese)that transformed pecorino...? A friend recommend it,but the sight is really disgusting😰😱😨😭😖😫

Thank you for the wonderful comment!I guess this one depends solely on the ingredients,the preparation itself is very like carbonara,so we have a little experience ourself.This is ok,but let's see how I could improve it,glad to have you to come along,I need your expertise too!
I know pecorino made from sheep or ewe's milk,not exactly sure how it's disgusting,I would like to find out...

It's ok,I found out it's the casu marzu cheese,it's just a cheese derived from pecorino,which is perfectly fine to eat.We just stay away from maggot cheese.
