Saw the best looking cinnamon roll from Nami,and she was very kind to share some tips on making. The pumpkin cinnamon roll I did last time didn't have a strong pumpkin flavour,so I had an idea doing a coffee dough,which I think match the cinnamon,I love to put cinnamon in my cappuccino...Once again I used black sugar from Okinawa to make cinnamon sugar,I prefer the natural sweetness. Thank you Nami,you explained everything carefully to make sure I understand,sorry it took so long,but I haven't forgotten about it!Mine didn't come out as pretty as yours,I should have cut it more in an angle,my second time will be better! Coffee dough is good though...

Your cinnamon roll has always been in my mind,I finally did it during my New Year holidays,although not as pretty as yours,they did taste good,I am addict to both coffee and cinnamon,happy to know I could use this combination in a bread! No,I have to shout out thank you for your detailed explanation,I watched some videos on YouTube too,but I should have cut it more at an angle,I'll get it right next time!I wish to see the tv show too,but probably hard to find. I also came across some Chinese steamed bun with same shaping,called 花卷,how interesting!
