Sweet Paniyaram

jaggery syrup
1 1/2 cup
water
1cup
salt
1 pinch
cashue nut
20 pieces
ghee
some
baking soda

Mix maida and jaggery syrup as a paste add required water as much need to gather as a consistency of paste

Add a pinch of salt

fry cashue nut in ghee and add that fried cashue nut into that paste

add a pinch of baking soda into that paste of mixture

now heat paniyaram pan then pore some ghee into that pan

when the ghee starts melt pore that paste and wait for some times until it turns golden brown

when it turns golden brown the dish Is ready

start plating
