- Prepare sushi rice...just follow fhe recipe written in the rice vinegar label:)
make little rice balls,flatten top and bottom a little

- Using a slicer, slice cucumber lengthwise to create cucumber ribbons

- make chicken salad: combine chicken,some mayo,red onion & a little wine vinegar...mix well
- 4
- put cucumber ribbon around sushi rice ball to form a "cup"
- 5
- fill each sushi rice cup with chicken salad...sprinkle a dash of black pepper on top and it's done! :)
