Every country have their own version for grilled meats... in Indonesia thru its diversity, satay or sate as known locally has different flavour. This dish originated from South Borneo, in the Banjar region. The sauce come from big chili, boiled, de seeded and mixed w tomato sauce, garlic and sweet soy sauce.
