To: rikk yes, they are orange slices. So bad its difficult to find fresh Yuzu here. I had to use Yuzu purée for the mousse and Sunkist for the slices. Thank you! My knife skill for fruit is fine but, not good enough for the meat ;)

I think really no need to find fresh yuzu,I don't thinkI have seen people eat them fresh,instead they only use the juice and the zest ,and yuzu purée is probably best for making stuff like mousse and icecream.
