No-name rice dish with shrimp, shimeji mushrooms and leftover bamboo shoots

Sometimes complete improvisations like this taste wonderful. I roasted and simmered the shrimp shells in boiling water for 10 minutes to make some kind of shrimp broth which turned out amazing. :) I would live to explore more possibilities of bamboo shoots this coming season.
