Place dry yeast, sugar and 1tsp of all purpose flour into the warm water and wait for 10min until bubbly.

In bigger bowl place all purpose flour, rye flour and salt, add dry yeast mixture, olive oil and seeds & walnuts and knead it. Place dough to rest in the bowl sipped with flour until double (around 45min).

When doubled turn it opposite onto the oven tray and leave for additional 10-15min. Preheat the oven to 200C and bake for 30min.
