Vanilla sugar

Preheat the oven to 200C.

Wash the plums and remove the bone. (Take out the juice is too much.)

Grease the pan with butter and place the plums on the baking tray and bake for about 20min. to release the juice.

Beat the egg with sugar and add flour and vanilla sugar.

Pour the flour dough over the plums and put back to the oven.

Bake for another 15-20min. till golden on the surface.
