Rhubarb and orange tart

Sweet tart shell,orange custard cream,baked rhubarb on top.
If rhubarb isn't available ,similar effect could be achieved by using crab stick.😬

Is the tart dough such as usual?

Rhubarb brings back memories,it was my school food,too sour for me back then,but I grew to like it now.Rhubarb and orange is a classic combination,but the arrangement is new to me,I had fun making it.
Different components come from various recipes,there are many flaws here,the custard was a little too runny and I also made a mistake with the tart shell too,it didn't come out the way I wanted.
However I was pleased with the taste,not bad for a first trial.
Your baking is always inspirational for me,your compliment means a lot to me!

Rhubarb pastries could be old school,but with arrangement like this,it got more interesting and stylish!
The idea came from the internet,I just twisted it a little...
Square tart mold has been at home for a long time,I just have to find a chance to use it!
Haha,that's right,they remind me a little as crab sticks,they could be a good substitute!
