Crepes: Eggs stir lightly with sugar and salt using mixer. Add milk, mix it well and then add flour spoon by spoon till the mixture will get the consistence of a liquid sour cream. Add vegetable oil (corn oil is the best) and mix it.

Heat frying pan and grease it with the vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the frying pan using soup ladle and turn it rapidly making circle to make thin and steady crepe.

Fry Crepes on a medium fire till the light brown crisps from time to time greasing the frying pan with oil brush.

Prepare Apple filling: Wash raisins in a hot water and soak them in whiskey or cognac for several hours or overnight.

Cut apples and delete the middle parts. Dice apples into medium size cubes. Put in a pot cubed apples, sugar, vanilla and water. Stew on the medium fire about 20-25 minutes mixing with spatula from time to time until it becomes a delicious soft apple mousse.

When the mousse cools a little down add raisins in it.

Fill Crepe with apple mousse and serve them with sour cream, castor sugar or chocolate sauce and a cup of coffee.
