タイ風汁ビーフン☆

夏になるとタイ料理が食べたくなります。19歳の時タイで初めてパクチーを食べました。衝撃的な香りで実は全く食べれませんでした。。
滞在中の一ヶ月間で"マイサイパクチー"(パクチーを入れないで)という言葉だけネイティブな発音になりました。。
今は大好きだから不思議ですよね🎶

魚のすり身にレモンピールを混ぜてサッパリ風味のお団子にしました🎶
ライムとニョクマム風味のスープで✨

Yes, I made from scratch🎶Clear soup made from chicken and fish soy sauce,fish balls are made with ready made fish paste😉✌

Yep, I was college student then. I stayed at Thailand during summer holiday about one month.I moved by sleeper train or bus,from the north Chiangmai Mai to the south Phi Phi island😊
