Sanma with black bean chili sauce.
There is no sanma dish in Chinese cuisine,but it's could be easily matched with our most traditional sauce.
I fell in love eating sanma rolled up like this,I am no good with small bone and often stop me from eating these delicious fishes,this way I could remove them before cooking,and eat with so much ease and enjoyment.It's a lot more work,but practicing makes it faster!
日本は秋刀魚の季節!もしかしてそちらも?
ついついオーソドックスに塩焼きにしてしまうんだけど、手間をかけて楽しむのもいいね!

We don't have local ones,not even from China,the sanma we eat here are mainly imported from Taiwan and Japan.
I love the straightforward shio yaki,sanma are easily paired with sauces with stronger taste.
