大好きな尊敬するamigo、Rickが
🎀ユーザーになったお祝いワンプレートです🎶

香港土産にリクエストした欖菜(ラムチョイ)、使い方分からぬくせに選んだ私に、Rickが見本にと、炒飯をUPしてたのを手本に作りました。
海苔の佃煮みたいなテクスチャながら、とっても味わい深く、いつも平凡な炒飯が新鮮に!!
お土産にあげた実山椒を、和風麻婆豆腐にアレンジしていたのを真似ました。実山椒がぴりりと爽やかで美味しかったです🎶

🎀という事で、韮リボン奴また作りました😁厚揚げバージョン。
香港のお茶も大好きな味で、和みます。
