To: dodyu for lots of reasons,not many places provide fresh chickens in HK,and therefore no chicken livers,only frozen ones and not very good.I tried raw livers in Japan,but it's a lethal thing to do here!
To: yukaringg thank you for resnap!I found this in my note but I have never done it,it's not bad!I wrote this down a long time ago,I do that all the time when I come up with ideas,but I can't remember where I got this from.Pasta with liver is good,I have another one with the liver puréed with rosema
