Fry chopped onion in the oil until browned. Add the mince and fry until cooked. Stir occasionally. Mix the chutney, tomato sauce, soup powder, water and pepper and add to the meat. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Preheat oven 180C. Spoon mince in the center of each pancake and close it up like an envelope. Pack the pancakes tightly together in an ovenproof dish.

Prepare the white sauce and add the cheese, paprika and cayenne pepper. Mix well and pour over the pancakes. Bake for about 20minutes or until the cheese starts to brown.

Serve with a green salad.

Basic white sauce: 2tbs of butter and flour and 200ml of milk. To become 1cup of white sauce.
