Low-carb Breakfast Taco

Low- carb tortilla

Medium egg

Medium avocado
1/2
Bacon
2 slices
Optional: Salsa

Heat your tortilla in microwave for approximately 10-15 seconds.

On a skillet, medium-high heat, fry your two slices of bacon. Remove and place on paper towel and drain the fat from the skillet.

Next, add the 2 eggs to the skillet and scramble eggs.

Slice up your avocado into about 4-5 slices.

Add these ingredients to your tortilla and top with salsa. Enjoy!

For a moist tortilla, microwave with a damp paper towel on top.
