Take a glass and fill it with 200-250 ml of milk and add 3-4 tbsp of chia seed or basil seeds in it and soak it for over night in the refrigerator. Once soaked, add 1 tbsp of vanilla powder and it is completely optional and mix it well for 4-5 mints

Peel off the the ripe mango and cut it into pieces and make a smooth puree. Now Take a jar for storage. First evenly spread the soaked chia seeds on the surface. Now first layer is created. Now spread mango as second layer above the first layer.

Do it untill completion. Soaked Chia seeds should be at odd position and mango should be at even position. Last layer should be of mango puree. Top up with dry fruits of your choice. I have used cashews, almonds and cranberries.
