Leave butter, cream cheese at room temperature. Place 1tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of flour and dry yeast into 200ml of milk (room temperature) for some 10min. Place yogurt, water, oil, salt and 1 tsp sugar in bigger bowl.

Mix bread flour with baking powder in the separate bowl. When yeast becomes bubbly pour it into the bowl with yogurt. Start adding flour little by little ( first mix with spatula, then with hands) until you use all flour.

Knead it until it becomes compact and not sticky to your hands. Cover with towel and leave at warm place for at least half an hour(until its double).

Mix butter with cream cheese and crush feta with a fork. Sprinkle flour 打ち粉 onto working surface, take dough out of the bowl and using rolling pin spread the dough to rectangle shape 60cm *40cm.

You can cut the uneven ends. Spread butter/cream cheese mixture evenly on dough and sprinkle feta cheese (press it with your hands so it sticks to the dough).

Cut the dough into stripes.(about 8atripes of same width). Put baking sheet into the tray. Roll one stripe and place it in the middle, then add one stripe after another all around the central one( similar as cinnamon roll).

Place every new stripes where the one before ended. Preheat the oven to 180C. Mix egg yolk with olive oil and spread it on bread surface.

Sprinkle sesame and coarse salt. Bake on 180C for 45min. Bread will grow while baking.
